logan waller

Founded by Logan Waller in 2003. The Waller Group sales team at RE/MAX About Dallas was consistently ranked within the top 20 teams in the nation by the Wall Street Journal from 2008-2013. In 2010 Waller Group became an independent brokerage. In 2016 Waller Group’s primary focus became multi-family investment sales. Since 2019 Waller Group has been consistently growing throughout the US.

Andrew Wright

Andrew graduated from the University of Arkansas where he received a Finance degree with a focus on Investments. He has been with Waller Group since March of 2019 – before joining the team, he worked for an investment group that specialized in risk management and asset allocation. His background in analytics and passion for investments has helped grow Waller Group across the southeast United States. His regional territory includes: Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee.

Wade sivess

Wade’s territory as Waller Group Regional Director encompasses Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio markets.  Wade Sivess loves the opportunity to grow and learn with his teammates. At a young age Wade was immersed in real estate, from attending property showings with his grandmother, to helping his parents renovate rent houses he was always interested in learning more about the industry. Born and raised in Waco, Texas he attended Midway High School and Baylor University. He graduated Cum Laude from Baylor with a degree in Marketing/Sales. He was named after his grandfather, Wade Herring, who was a B-52 bomber pilot in WW2. His grandfather taught him the value of respect and hard work. Wade has an eagerness and willingness to learn that helps separate himself from his peers. When not in the office Wade enjoys being outdoors. His hobbies include; boating, wake surfing, watching sports, hunting and fishing. Wade was awarded Waller Group’s rising star award Q1 of 2021.

Preston Browne

Preston Browne was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Browne’s passion for Sales and Real Estate lead him to graduate from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Marketing along with a Concentration in Sales. Before joining Waller Group Properties, Browne worked with AT&T in Global Project Management where he served as the customer’s primary advocate throughout a contractual obligation to implement AT&T products and services. Currently, Browne’s role with Waller Group stands as the Regional Specialist for North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia where he combines his degree and Project Management experience to assist clients by maximizing their investment returns. In Browne’s free time he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, hunting and fishing. Preston also was awarded Company Rising Star award in 2021.

David Tello

David is a first-generation college graduate, received his bachelor’s in finance with concentration in real estate from Texas Tech University. David prides himself on his skills of creating value for owners of multifamily investment. David joined The Waller Group in 2021. His undergraduate studies provided him with the ability to analyze and forecast commercial investments. He uses his knowledge of income approach analysis to help operators optimize their property performance increasing their valuations. His territory includes Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and the Rio Grande Valley. David enjoys playing golf and tennis when he is not working.

Zach Currey

Zach is responsible for South Texas markets and oversees the valuation team. Zach is involved in underwriting, market research, lender relationship management, and asset management. Zach has diverse experience and has been involved in the acquisition, development, and disposition of over $3 billion in real estate assets throughout the nation in a variety of asset classes. His background includes underwriting, analysis, and asset management of industrial, office, retail, farm, marina, and multifamily assets. Zach is known for being detail-oriented.

Conor o'brien

Conor is a Burlington, Vermont native and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint Joseph's University majoring in Finance & Real Estate. While attending SJU, Conor served as the Vice-President of the schools Real Estate Society, and President & Captain of the Men's Club Basketball team. As an Associate, Conor currently serves the Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware markets. Conor's competitive nature and eagerness to learn aids him in adapting to the changing markets and providing value to the team. Outside of the office, Conor enjoys being outdoors, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.

Connor is a Columbus, Ohio native and graduate of Skidmore College with a major in Management & Business and minor in Economics.  He was a 4-year starter on the Men’s Tennis Team at Skidmore and helped lead the team to multiple conference championship victories and NCAA tournament berths.  Before joining Waller Group, Connor worked in Investments and Business Development at multiple companies during high school and college.  His prior work experiences have provided Connor the necessary skills to analyze properties and forecast investments in the real estate industry.  Connor currently works in the Southeast markets of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas.  During his free time, Connor enjoys fishing, hunting, tennis, golf, and spending time with friends and family.

blake baldocchi

Blake graduated from Marquette University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Prior to joining Waller Group, Blake honed his expertise through roles at Quick and Co. Commercial Realty and the boutique private equity firm, Bochi Investments. These experiences provided him with valuable insights into real estate markets and the ability to identify profitable investment opportunities. As a Junior Associate, Blake currently serves the Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia markets. Beyond his professional achievements, Blake is committed to making a positive impact on the community. In his spare time, he coaches for 3D Lacrosse, an opportunity that allows him to give back and shape the next generation. Blake also enjoys hunting, golf, pickleball, watching sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.

dylan brown-limjuco

Dylan is a Hinsdale, Illinois native and recent graduate of Miami University’s Farmer School of Business where he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance. Before joining Waller Group, Dylan gained experience working as a financial analyst for a wealth management firm. Following his internship, Dylan worked as an underwriting analyst for a Manufactured Housing management company where he honed his skills in risk assessment, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Dylan currently works in the Southwest markets of Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and the Rio Grande Valley. Outside of the office, Dylan enjoys playing softball, basketball, fishing, and spending time with his family.

andrew malpass

Andrew Malpass is a Sydney, Australia native and recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin La Crosse where he double majored in International Business and Business Management. Andrew played semi-professional rugby prior to being recruited to play football at Wisconsin La Crosse where he helped lead the team to playoffs for the first time 15 years. Prior to attending University of Wisconsin La Crosse, Andrew also studied Property Economics at the University of Technology Sydney and gained real estate experience working in the highly competitive Eastern suburbs market. Andrew's experience working in an aggressive market combined with his competitive nature has given him the ability to adjust in the fluctuating markets and build strong connections with his clients in the South Texas region. Back home in Sydney, Andrew grew up spending time at the beach and helped operate his family's cattle station. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, traveling, and playing golf.

Koehler martin

Koehler is a St. Louis, Missouri native and graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2020. After acquiring her Texas Real Estate License in 2021, Koehler gained experience as a Transaction Coordinator and Licensed Personal Assistant in the Dallas area. Koehler joined the Waller Group in 2022 and currently works as the Business Development Assistant for the North Texas Team. Outside of the office, Koehler enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, working out, and traveling.

Emily Drewery

Emily is originally from Rockwall and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Biology. After graduating from Dallas Baptist University, Emily worked in the Title industry - first as a Business Development Manager and then as an Escrow Assistant.  Emily originally joined the Waller Group team as a Transaction Coordinator at the beginning of 2022 before transitioning to her role as Operations Manager in 2023. On the Waller Group team, Emily oversees marketing procedures, develops and implements training systems, and maintains daily business functions.

Lavonne Rhine

Lavonne is a licensed real estate  broker and has an Associates of  Science Degree from Richland College.  She has been in the real estate industry since 2006 and continues to provide peerless customer service and attention to detail for contract administration throughout the escrow process, Lavonne has assisted with closing over 1,000 transactions. Lavonne is dedicated to providing service and expertise that make each transaction as seamless as possible.
