Waller Group Sales Apprentices are paired with one of our top Sales Specialists as their mentor. You’ll work one-on-one with your Mentor for a 6-month period to learn about the property valuation, sales strategies, the transaction process, and fundamental property analysis. Your weekly activity will consist of roughly 30 hours of prospecting, 5-10 hours of market research, and 5-10 hours of financial analysis.
Key strengths in this position are being highly observant and coachable, as well as having a keen sense of communication and relatability. After successfully completing the apprenticeship, you will transition to a Sales Specialist.
Compensation: Draw and Commission Structure (Average first year income $56,000)
Waller Group Sales Specialists are responsible for maintaining market share in their assigned territory through building relationships with owners and operators. You’ll be advising and assisting high-net-worth owners and investors on property valuation, tax liability mitigation, 1031 exchanges, and exchanging into higher quality assets. The compensation for this position is on an uncapped and increasing tiered commission structure paired with a draw.
Key strengths for this position would be unwavering integrity, strong communication and relatability skills, and high levels of initiative.
Compensation: Draw and Commission Structure (Average first year income $100,000)
The Analyst Intern will analyze seller’s properties prior to marketing. Responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, assisting valuation, preparation of marketing materials. You must be at least a Junior or Senior in college, and must be able to work full time in office in Dallas, TX. Must be computer literate with skills in Microsoft Excel, and must have basic understanding of financial analysis terminology.
Compensation: $15 per hour
The Sales Intern will work one-on-one with one of our top performing Sales Specialist. You’ll learn the basics of property valuation, sales strategies, commercial real estate terminology, and the nuances of the transaction process. Your daily activity will include prospecting and follow up calls, market research, and light financial analysis. You must be at least a Junior or Senior in college with the availability to work full time in-office in Dallas, TX.
Key Skills for this position include having strong communication skills and conversational confidence, financial and computer literacy, and a high level of integrity.
Compensation: $15 per hour
